Catastrophic Personal Injury Litigation: Mr. Parrish teams with trial attorneys in serious personal injury cases, in the following areas:

Commercial Litigation: Mr. Parrish represents corporations and other business entities in various business and contract disputes, including class action litigation, arbitration issues, legal malpractice and breach of contract.

Insurance and Bad Faith Litigation: Mr. Parrish has teamed with trial counsel to represent individual and corporate insureds in actions against their insurance carriers, or acted as “personal counsel” to the insured to protect the interest of the insured when the insured is sued by a third party. He successfully argued the landmark decision in Allstate Indemnity Co. v. Ruiz, 899 So.2d 11 (Fla. 2005) in which the Florida Supreme Court stripped away work product protection from insurance company claims filed in first-party bad-faith actions.

Family Law: Mr. Parrish has represented spouses and parents on appeal in dissolution and child custody matters. Of particular note, he has been involved in several successful appeals involving international child-custody disputes in both state and federal courts.
